Job Summary
Lead technical direction and execution for the F-35 CNI Development programs, including design, development, integration, testing, and delivery. Oversees program Chief Engineers and technical teams, mentors engineering leaders, manages technical relationships with customers, ensures technical baselines align with strategy, and drives processes to production and sustainment while supporting cost/schedule decisions and proposals. Requires active DoD program experience, systems engineering, and strong leadership; relocation may be available; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field & 16+ years of related technical experience or Master’s degree in a STEM field & 14+ years of related technical experience, or PhD in a STEM field & 12+ years of related technical experience
- Experience in systems development, integration, and test
- Experience in Root Cause Investigation and Corrective Action Development
- Understanding of DoD design process
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain F35 Program Access
- Experience as SME, Technical lead, IPT Lead, Chief Engineer, or engineering leadership role
- Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams
- Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and test processes
- Preferred: post graduate degree in STEM or technical management
