Job Summary
Implement educational and behavioral programming rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for students with autism across classroom and community settings; collect, manage, and analyze student progress data; collaborate with teachers and behavior analysts; travel to consult sites as required; support students’ educational and self-care goals; lead when necessary and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered team environment; maintain crisis management strategies to ensure safety; assist with preparing the learning environment and organizing lesson materials; engage in ongoing professional development including RBT certification pathways and practicum experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Teacher’s Assistant Certification or associate degree (required)
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of ABA experience (preferred)
