Job Summary
Gather, document, and refine business requirements into clear, build-ready direction while maintaining backlog hygiene, scope tracking, and sprint prep. Own day-to-day delivery mechanics for major enterprise and public-sector engagements, keeping cross-functional Agile teams aligned and moving. Support product roadmaps, requirements, and executive-level presentations, while facilitating product strategy and design workshops. Apply AI-augmented workflows using tools like Copilot and Gemini to accelerate documentation and prototyping. Contribute to the consulting practice through process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications

- AI-Native — You already use AI tools in your daily work and are eager to design smarter, faster ways of delivering.
- Organized and Rigorous — You keep the details straight, treat every deliverable as a demo moment, and don't let things slip.
- A Fast Learner — You pick up new domains, tools, and technical concepts quickly enough to hold an intelligent conversation about them.
- Collaborative — You work well with diverse teams and raise the standard around you.
- Agile-Minded — You understand Agile and Scrum and how to keep projects moving efficiently.
- This is a 5-day a week, on-site role based in our Tiburon, CA office
- regular travel to client sites as engagements require
