Job Summary
Support Order-to-Cash technology implementation projects through discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare phases. Analyze and document current-state and future-state O2C business processes, including customer master data, credit management, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application. Create client-ready presentations, process documentation, and status updates while assisting with project management activities such as workplan maintenance, milestone tracking, and risk logging. Collaborate on requirements gathering and deployment support for enterprise software solutions. This role requires 1+ years of consulting or finance transformation experience, with 0-20% travel expectations and a hybrid schedule of 8 in-person days per month.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance transformation, accounting operations, revenue operations, shared services, business systems, or related experience
- Exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including one or more of the following: billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections or credit management
- Experience supporting at least one technology implementation involving enterprise software solutions
- Experience participating in project activities such as requirements gathering, testing, training, process documentation, or deployment support
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
