Job Summary
Conduct discovery, strategy, and visioning activities for prospective and existing clients while supporting proposal creation, presentations, and market research. Assist with workshop preparation, documentation, and Miro board maintenance. Partner with leadership to track quarterly objectives, compile project health indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate candidate interview scheduling, internship program execution, and contractor onboarding. Facilitate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive summaries. Support special initiatives related to AI adoption and organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have client facing experience
- Two (2)+ years of formal, relevant operational and/or product experience within the consulting industry
- High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
- Maturity and good judgment
- Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
- Have a strong work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile
- Please note this role is in our Chicago office, 3 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- CSPO or PMP certification
- Jira Software/Confluence experience
- Google Suite experience
- Professional Services Automation software (e.g. Kantata)
