Job Summary
Lead AI transformation initiatives for clients in the Oil & Gas and Utilities sector across the Middle East and Africa by engaging senior stakeholders to define value-driven strategies, operating models, and adoption roadmaps. Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and ecosystem partners to develop business cases, proposals, ROI models, and proof-of-concept plans that move opportunities from discussion to successful engagement. Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and shape regional market demand while contributing insights from client conversations to strengthen the go-to-market approach. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, willingness to travel, and experience with enterprise AI platforms including Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles
- Experience shaping or delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience working with clients in the Oil & Gas and Utilities sector across the Middle East and Africa
- Proven ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, value cases, and executive-level business narratives
- Experience supporting presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, business cases, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data readiness, governance, responsible AI, and adoption considerations
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and structured problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with leading cloud and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across the region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa as required
