Consulting Actuary, Taft-Hartley

Oversee a team of approximately four professionals to ensure all pension-related deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the firm's high standards. Serve as the day-to-day contact for pension clients while performing high-level technical reviews to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency across deliverables. Streamline workflows, improve documentation, evaluate software solutions, and formalize procedures to enhance efficiency and quality within the pension department. This senior technical and operational leader functions as the counterpart to the senior health consultant, supporting the firm's commitment to quality and personalized service for multiemployer defined benefit plans. The role is based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.
