Job Summary
Lead client engagements as a primary contact for multiemployer clients, manage client teams to ensure technical accuracy, represent Milliman at meetings and conferences, and contribute to marketing efforts. The candidate must possess an Enrolled Actuary designation, significant experience with multiemployer pension plans, strong communication skills, and proven business development experience. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff and upholding excellent customer service within the practice.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a client-facing consultant for multiemployer pension plans
- Deep technical expertise in the rules and regulations impacting multiemployer pension plans
- Enrolled Actuary designation
- Strong ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing actuarial staff
- Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events
- Desire to actively participate in growing our business
