Job Summary
Support Korean Business Desk activities and participate in tax and advisory projects for Korean investors operating in Poland. Cooperate on accounting and financial reporting projects for Korean clients while working closely with tax, accounting, and business teams to support international clients. Prepare analyses, reports, and project documentation, and develop expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and tax advisory services. Support communication with clients and stakeholders in Korean. Requires C1/C2 Korean proficiency, a university degree, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid working model with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Korean language proficiency at C1 or C2 level
- Good command of either Polish or English
- A university degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
Desired Qualifications
- Initial experience in accounting, financial reporting or taxation
- An understanding of accounting principles
- Experience gained in an international environment
