Job Summary
Hands-on UKG Pro WFM consultant to support configuration, testing, and deployment across Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting as part of the WFM delivery team. Will work on multiple projects across geographies, interacting with onsite engagement teams and clients in a dynamic environment. Bangalore-based role focusing on UKG Pro WFM modules.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting)
- Configuration, testing, and deployment support for WFM projects
- Experience as part of a WFM delivery team
- Ability to interact with onsite engagement teams and clients
- WFM process and systems knowledge
