Job Summary
The Consultant role involves evaluating the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations. Key responsibilities include performing research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, producing financial models for hotel developments, and writing comprehensive reports. Candidates must have a background in real estate or hotel development, be skilled in Microsoft Excel, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. This position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or related field
- A background in real estate/hotel development and/or consulting
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment under pressure
- Critical and creative thinker
- Clear communicator and presenter of ideas
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly numerate and competent with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modelling
- Good coordination of project administration and internal corporate support
- A passion for leisure and tourism, and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector
