Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with clients to support partnership-driven outcomes in the UK water sector. Apply continuous improvement approaches to solve difficult problems, drawing on your industry experience in network operations, asset management, or capital delivery. Use change management skills to assist the wider team in planning and project delivery, ensuring client teams understand the solutions being proposed. Contribute to internal capability building while driving your own development within a flexible, results-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience (mandatory)
- Real experience in the UK water sector is mandatory
- Experience gained within a network operator, regulator, or within the supply chain
- Experience as a consultant
- Ability to communicate clearly and with confidence
- A growth mindset and genuine commitment to continuous personal development
- An understanding that clients expect more from consultants than they do from their own teams
- Ability to bring extra rigour, pace and polish to everything you do
- No need for Sponsorship or a Visa to work in the UK
