Job Summary
Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues, conduct research on accounting topics, and prepare technical memos. Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and support financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements. Manage client relationships as a point of contact, participate in business development activities, and contribute to proposal development. Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations while identifying engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data. Work effectively in a team under pressure, managing multiple engagements and deadlines with flexibility for short-notice travel.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified CAs
- CPAs/ACCAs with experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
- Sound understanding of accounting concepts
- Knowledge of professional standards
- Strong domain knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
