Job Summary
Training & Implementation Consultant supports customers in successful implementation and adoption of Innerspace solutions through consulting, training, and customer enablement. Leads onboarding and implementation for Innerspace training solutions, runs international workshops and training sessions, captures feedback to improve offerings, develops and refines training/services, and coordinates with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while enabling customer success across international projects. Requires strong facilitation, communication, and customer engagement skills, experience with training programs, and willingness to travel; fluent in English and German; proactive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments; experience in life sciences/regulated industries is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Background in training, education, or learning sciences with experience delivering professional training programs
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Experience with digital learning tools or data-driven learning approaches is a plus
- Ability to work proactively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated industries is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
