Job Summary
Conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD) projects by performing site visits, reviewing design documents and specifications, and assessing mechanical, electrical, and industrial processes. Identify technical, safety, and environmental risks to support CAPEX/OPEX evaluations and prepare due diligence reports for investors and developers. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors while participating in client meetings and supporting project managers. Requires 3+ years of experience in facility management or engineering; native Japanese and English proficiency essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building design, mechanical or electrical systems, industrial facilities, facility management, asset maintenance, or related disciplines
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Design engineering, Construction management, Facility operations and maintenance, Commissioning, Owner's engineering, Technical consulting
- Experience preparing technical reports and documentation
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience conducting Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
- Real estate due diligence experience
- Experience working on EPC projects
- Professional qualifications such as: Registered Architect, Building Services Engineer, Chief Electrical Engineer, Construction Management Engineer
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, waste management, or recycling industries
