Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic priorities, growth roadmaps, and business transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution, including market entry strategies, product-market fit, and scale-up plans. Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs across business units while identifying structural challenges impeding growth. Establish streamlined core operational processes and evaluate new opportunities for Razorpay, including build/buy/partner options. Support due diligence, investment thesis development, and integration strategy for acquisitions. Join a 3000+ strong team building the financial infrastructure of the future across India, Singapore, and Malaysia. Work closely with Founders, CXOs, and BU Heads to solve complex organizational challenges and drive future growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Tier 1 Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Corporate Strategy / Chief of Staff roles
- Experience with strategic planning, business modeling, and operational problem solving
- Experience in working with c-suite executives - presenting, influencing and collaborating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication tools
- Strong academic background and high learning agility
