Consultant SQL

Support customers as their primary point of contact for app configuration, processes, and daily operations, including explaining new features, creating reports, and troubleshooting recurring issues. Design and deliver training materials or workshops when users face repeated problems. Optimize client workflows by initiating improvement projects that bridge customer needs with internal developers, account managers, and data consultants to reduce lead times and enable real-time floor control. Work part-time on-site at the client location and part-time at the office to facilitate rapid internal problem resolution. Requires HBO education, SQL/database expertise, and experience in the manufacturing sector.
