Job Summary
Consultant | Salesforce SFDC in Gurugram for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. Lead the development of Salesforce-powered solutions by configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet client needs. Take ownership of workstreams, identify risks and issues, and escalate as needed. Design and deliver solutions with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and related Salesforce features (Lightning, integrations, and platform capabilities). Guide workshops and contribute to client demos, estimates, and overall system design. Build knowledge by contributing to sector initiatives and staying aware of global trends to enhance recommendations. Develop project documentation (requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, training manuals) and ensure timely delivery. Manage client relationships and lead multi-member project teams, maintaining Deloitte quality standards. Prefer candidates with a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering and 1–3 years of relevant consulting/management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily
- Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops
- Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology
- Should have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds
- Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus
- Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design
- Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates
- Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce
- Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
- Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment
- Experience leading a multi-member team on recent projects
- Experience in Salesforce mandatorily
- Knowledge of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodology
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds
- Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce a plus
- Ability to prepare effort estimates and overall system design
- Ability to develop project-related documents (requirement doc, system design doc, use cases, test plan, training manual)
- Client management and delivering on client deliverables
