Job Summary
Consultant ServiceNow charg é d'accompagner nos clients dans l’évolution et l’optimisation de leur plateforme ServiceNow au sein d’environnements complexes et exigeants. Vous contribuerez au build (catalog items, workflows, scripts, tests) et au run (administration, demandes d’évolution, incidents, KB). Collaboration avec les équipes Infrastructure et DevOps dans un contexte de transformation continue. Compétences clés : ServiceNow, ITSM, gestion de catalogues et items, scripts clients et UI policies, knowledge base, tests et mise en production, amélioration continue et approche Agile. Expérience minimale : 3 ans sur ServiceNow et participation à des projets ITSM. Excellente capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés et esprit d’analyse et synthèse. Localisation: Montreuil, France. Contrat: CDI, Télétravail hybride, salaire entre 50K€ et 55K€ brut annuel selon expérience (converti en USD annuels pour cette sortie). Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- experience with ITSM projects
- ability to communicate with both business and technical teams
- Knowledge of Service Catalog, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Script AJAX, and Administration of ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
