Consultant- Senior Talent Management

Conduct listening strategy sessions, employee engagement surveys, and performance management reviews while designing programs that align people, processes, technology, and culture. Develop, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of Talent Management activities to identify high-potential talent for growth and succession, then foster and accelerate their development. Serve as a trusted advisor for change initiatives and contribute to the alignment and integration of organizational strategy. This role reports to the Director of Talent Management within UC Health's adult academic health system, supporting innovation and world-class care for patients globally.
