Job Summary
Lead finance and management consulting for client ERP/EPM transformation projects, acting as the primary business partner to finance directors. Conduct solution benchmarks, reengineer client processes, and model workflows for implementation. Manage stakeholder relationships, draft specifications, and oversee testing phases while monitoring regulatory compliance. Lead project teams in transformation initiatives, mentoring consultants and driving skill development. Contribute to commercial activities and internal career evolution within the Finance Transformation pole. Requires BAC+5 degree, 7+ years in finance or 5+ years as a functional consultant, and expertise in fiscal automation or budgetary control tools.
Required Qualifications
- BAC+5 (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur, formation universitaire)
- Experience of at least 7 years within a Finance Direction and Cost Control Department
- Strong appetite for IT
- Active participation in a successful Transformation project (ERP deployment, organizational transformation)
- Experience of at least 5 years within a consultancy firm as a project manager, functional consultant, or technico-functional consultant in the Finance / Management domain
- Mastery of the domain of fiscal invoice dematerialization
- Experience deploying solutions such as Basware, Esker, Itesoft, Cegedim
- Mastery of budget preparation and control subjects
- Experience deploying EPM solutions, notably Oracle Cloud EPM
- Project management experience (desired for Manager profiles)
