Job Summary
Senior Principal Consultant leads delivery of cybersecurity projects for clients as part of a project team, providing technical expertise to project managers and teams, defining tasks and schedules, developing analyses and reports, maintaining client relationships, and identifying follow-on opportunities. The role emphasizes ICS/OT cybersecurity focus, coordination with IT/operations, development of briefing materials, client presentations, and contributing to proposals and business development. The position requires remote work with regular travel to client sites (approximately 50%), and a strong background in CRM systems, project management, and cybersecurity products/services. The candidate will liaise with senior managers and executives, support risk assessments and continuous improvement, and contribute to documentation, compliance, and customer intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a recognized equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Proven experience in a systems development environment with project management responsibility
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, PRM, CLM, and Sales compensation management
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate
