Job Summary
Conduct workshops to gather client requirements and design data models, processes, and rules for Master Data Management referential systems. Execute technical and functional design of exchange interfaces, configure vendor solutions, and lead change management initiatives including user training. Deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations, present solutions to clients, and contribute to tender responses. Requires 4+ years of MDM experience with Informatica, Tibco, or Semarchy, plus proficiency in object-oriented development and real-time interconnection mechanisms. Based in Talan France, this senior role within the Data Governance team offers up to 5 days of remote work, training plans, and relocation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master Data Management (MDM) experience of at least 4 years
- Mastery of at least one leader MDM market solution (Informatica, Tibco EBX, Stibo STEP, Semarchy)
- Experience in implementation and configuration of data models, quality rules, business rules, matching, merging, and interface setup
- Experience in real-time interconnection of repositories, notably via publish/subscribe mechanisms
- Object-oriented development mastery
- Good level of French and English, both oral and written

- Mastery of data governance concepts and participation in projects based on one of the leader market solutions
