Consultant Senior - HORIZON Deposit Implementations

Lead end-to-end client engagements focused on deposit products and banking operations for financial institutions. Translate business needs into actionable, system-configuration and operational solutions; conduct discovery and analysis of processes and performance gaps; develop current- and future-state process designs with actionable roadmaps; perform complex data analysis to support conversion, validation, and implementation readiness; facilitate client workshops, testing cycles, and go-live readiness; manage tasks, timelines, risks, issues, and status communications; mentor junior team members on consulting and delivery best practices. Strong expertise in banking operations, deposits, and related processes; demonstrated experience delivering client consulting engagements in a professional services environment; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; experience managing multiple complex projects with minimal supervision; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and facilitation with diverse stakeholders; background in change adoption and operational transformation. Preferred familiarity with banking systems, data migration, testing frameworks, system integration, and enterprise-level consulting experience.
