Job Summary
Conduct continuous analysis of developments in the German industrial and logistics real estate market to identify macroeconomic influences and industry trends. Aggregate complex market data into strategic insights that serve as a foundation for market opinions and advisory expertise. Take responsibility for conceiving and drafting studies, market reports, and articles, while creating and actively managing tailored presentations for clients. Act as a strategic sparring partner through precise market analyses and provide essential decision-making bases for the investment and leasing teams during complex transactions and pitches. Collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to validate theoretical data through practical knowledge and ensure consistent information flow.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Wirtschaftsgeografie, der Immobilienökonomie, der Stadtplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft idealerweise im Bereich Research, Market Intelligence, Beratung oder im direkten Transaktionsumfeld
- Erfahrung im Einsatz statistischer Methoden oder moderner KI-Anwendungen in der Datenanalyse
