Job Summary
Develop strategies and operating models to transform clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial functions across global and local levels. Implement change in multi-functional organisations and design Quality Management Systems aligned with GCP and GVP processes. Build Centres of Excellence and Communities of Practice to cross-fertilise learnings, while optimising product development teams for evolving evidence requirements. Support brand teams with launch strategies and omnichannel approaches to drive early post-launch impact. Advise on data and AI enablement to realise strategy, develop patient engagement operating models, and create best practices for strategic alliances and co-development. Deliver results in demanding client-facing environments within the rapidly transforming pharma and life sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- Strong pharmaceutical and life sciences experience through working in management consulting with pharmaceutical and life science clients
- A track record of taking ownership and delivering results in demanding client-facing environments
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow the sector
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Life Sciences Clinical Development, Medical and / or Commercial functions (e.g. ClinOps, Stats, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Field)
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Transformation Programme Management
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Change Management
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Technology enabled process design
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Digital, data, analytics and artificial intelligence
- Demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following: Strategy and Operating Model development
Desired Qualifications
- An ability to leverage AI to inform strategy, enable operating models and transform ways of working is highly desirable
