Job Summary
Provide specialist paediatric and strabismus ophthalmology services, undertake complex paediatric ophthalmic surgeries, participate in multidisciplinary case management, train and mentor junior ophthalmologists and residents, and lead CME, research, and service development initiatives. The role encompasses outpatient clinics, surgical theatres, and teaching within a tertiary healthcare network in Singapore, focusing on paediatric ophthalmology and management of adult strabismus.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology (FRCOphth, FRANZCO, American/Canadian Board, etc.)
- Completed recognised subspecialty training in Paediatric Ophthalmology/Strabismus
- Minimum 7 years’ post-CCT experience for Senior Consultant roles
