Job Summary
Manage junior staff and lead project teams on daily financial restructuring, insolvency, and contingency planning engagements. Deliver high-quality outputs within strict timescales while developing distinctive client relationships and contributing to presentations. Support business development by expanding networks, organizing marketing events, and preparing research documents and pitches. Provide guidance to colleagues through mentoring and supervision to foster an inclusive environment. Apply understanding of engagement economics and risk management to meet performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background at degree level
- Qualified CA, or committed to completing the CA program
- Analytical with strong IT skills e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook packages
- Demonstrates knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or strong transferrable skills gained in a client facing role within a professional services company (e.g., corporate audit)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support working in a high-performance team
- Commitment and willingness to work under pressure, sometimes long hours, always putting the client at the centre
- Ambition to learn and develop further
Desired Qualifications
- Direct relevant experience of Restructuring Services/Insolvency gained within a professional services company or a Financial Advisory boutique
- Flexibility to transfer skills into complementary offerings such as Debt Advisory or Performance Improvement if market conditions change
