Consultant Salesforce (Support & TMA)

Job Summary
Provide Salesforce (Support & TMA) within Septeo’s Salesforce Factory in Tunis: manage and prioritize tickets (incidents, enhancements, change requests), resolve level 1–2 incidents and escalate to development when needed; analyze business needs and draft clear functional specifications for technical teams; participate in testing phases by preparing test plans, executing functional tests, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing; monitor issue resolution and contribute to non-regression testing before production; support users daily, share Salesforce best practices, and contribute to internal documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (administration, functional support or TMA)
- experience in application support and ticket management (Jira or equivalent)
- strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals: objects and fields, validation rules, simple flows
- ability to analyze anomalies and write clear, structured functional specifications
- strong service mindset, rigor, prioritization skills, and good communication in French
