Consultant, Risk and Compliance

Consultant, Risk and Compliance based in Manila, Philippines, is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office. You will join Mercer Sentinel, perform remote Operational Due Diligence reviews of fund managers and third parties, evaluate controls across trading lifecycle, NAV/valuation, cash management, reconciliations, fee calculations, corporate actions, and fund accounting; assess IT general controls, cybersecurity posture, business continuity/disaster recovery, and vendor management; analyze documentation and write in-depth risk-focused reports; support scheduling, invoicing, and expense management; contribute to client proposals and calls. Must have a university degree (commerce/business/economics/finance/accounting preferred) and at least 5 years of funds management/fund administration experience; strong English communication skills; advanced designations such as CPA/CFA/CAIA or CISSP/CISA preferred.
