Responsibilities include participating in design sessions, documenting business processes and constraints, creating test scenarios, coordinating client-tested solutions, developing training materials, and managing client engagement timelines, budgets, and communications. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, clear written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision while applying retail domain knowledge and analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes.
