Job Summary
Consultant role in Turner & Townsend's Real Estate Consulting (REC) team supporting national healthcare clients. Responsibilities include preparing business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC), estate/property strategies, target operating models, and change management; developing healthcare estate strategies; authoring business cases using HM Treasury 5-case model; managing client relationships with strong financial analysis and data presentation; demonstrating programme/project management skills across multi-disciplinary teams; and traveling as required while contributing to a collaborative, flexible work environment with a focus on delivering client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Batchelors)
- Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince 2 or MSP or equivalent relevant experience
- Business Case Writing Skills or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant professional qualification in Real Estate/Surveying/Engineering/Financial/Accounting (Desirable)
- Experience in healthcare estate planning and development
- Experience with large datasets and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel and adapt to changing project needs
