Job Summary
Conduct manual and automation testing across enterprise platforms including eCommerce, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AEM. Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests while performing UI, API, and database testing using SQL and Postman. Develop and maintain automation scripts with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Azure DevOps. Apply analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to deliver quality outcomes for business, government, and healthcare clients. Required Qualifications
- strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
- hands-on experience across multiple business domains and enterprise platforms
- exposure to two or more platforms such as eCommerce, AEM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise applications
- strong UI Testing skills
- strong API Testing skills
- strong Database Testing skills

- exposure to modern Quality Engineering practices
- Strong Manual Testing experience in: Functional Testing
- Strong Manual Testing experience in: Integration Testing
- Strong Manual Testing experience in: Regression Testing
- Strong Manual Testing experience in: End-to-End Testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
- Experience in automation script development, execution, and maintenance
- Database Testing using SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent
- API Testing using Postman or similar tools
- Good-to-have programming knowledge in: JavaScript
- Good-to-have programming knowledge in: TypeScript
- Good-to-have programming knowledge in: Java
