Job Summary
Lead integrated communication and stakeholder engagement strategies that strengthen ATC's reputation and support transmission infrastructure initiatives. Develop, enhance, and execute comprehensive public engagement programs aligned with business priorities, creating communication strategies for project development, approvals, and long-term stakeholder relationships. Oversee the digital communications ecosystem, including websites and social media, while developing integrated campaigns to increase awareness and ensure accessibility standards are met. Create strategic content that translates complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, engaging messages across articles, videos, and presentations. Strengthen relationships with communities, policymakers, and regulators while using analytics and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. This role requires relocation to Wisconsin and is not 100% remote.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing digital communication strategies
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and editorial planning expertise
- Experience managing website content strategy, and digital platforms
- Experience, including demonstrated success, establishing a social media strategy, followership, and engagement
- A track record of communicating complex information in clear and engaging ways
- Strong stakeholder engagement, community relations, or public affairs experience
- Experience using communication metrics and analytics to inform strategy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Political Science, Public Affairs, or a related field
- Relocation to Wisconsin
