Consultant - Proposal Support

Consultant – Proposal Support assists the development and delivery of high-quality proposals in response to client opportunities, collaborating with Proposal Managers, technical specialists, and commercial teams. The role supports both the capture and convert phases of the work winning lifecycle, applies WSP work winning governance by supporting pipeline management and reporting, coordinates processes, schedules and inputs, and contributes to the development of high-quality written and visual proposal content. It also drives continuous improvement through knowledge management best practices and structured review and feedback processes, strengthening proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency to support the organisation’s strategic growth objectives.
