Job Summary
Consultant Property Lawyer needed to deliver residential conveyancing services with autonomy and flexibility. You will manage client engagements, quote and set your own legal fees for clients you introduce, and handle sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work. The role emphasizes high-quality client experience, leveraging MyEden case management, and collaborating with centralized admin and support teams to start cases promptly. Remote work is supported with full professional indemnity cover, and a commission-driven earnings structure is in place to reward performance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years post-qualification experience and a proven track record in residential conveyancing, combined with a strong comfort with digital technology and client service.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ post-qualified experience and are qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work
- Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
