Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead project management commissions up to £40m, acting as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality targets. Advise at the strategic conception stage on project approaches, establish success criteria, and plan detailed project schedules while managing cross-functional teams. Oversee quality, safety, health, and environment issues; advise on resource procurement; and monitor performance using KPIs. Manage change control, project finances, and information flow through regular meetings and formal reports. Interface with clients and consultants across all stages.
