Consultant Programma Management

Coordinate large-scale transformation programs by translating strategy into implementation, developing project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables. Facilitate workshops with experienced colleagues while monitoring dependencies, risks, progress, and value creation within the Program Management Office. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte and partners to design, execute, and strengthen organizational change programs for public institutions and consumer businesses. Support stakeholders in making risks visible and ensuring timely follow-up of actions and outputs. Work intensively with diverse disciplines to deliver complete, integrated, and future-proof solutions that drive efficiency and value.
