Job Summary
Responsible for the design, customization, and administration of SaaS platforms and custom tools to enable superior customer experience and optimize operational efficiency; customize project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Smartsheet) and develop custom software solutions to optimize operational workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience across a global landscape; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new tools or enhancements, and conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure tools meet quality standards; provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support; manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and license utilization; ensure all developed tools adhere to stringent IT security protocols and global software compliance and clearance processes; create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials to support effective tool adoption and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in software development or scripting, including web or tool development, API integration, and customizing platform functionality using JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- 4 years of experience with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
- 2 years with end-to-end SSO integration, enterprise license management, IT security protocols and global software clearance processes
- 2 years in customization, implementation, and administration of Enterprise Project Management platforms including Smartsheet and ServiceNow
