Job Summary
Drive product convergence analysis by researching current-state products across brands and lines of business to identify differences and recommend go-forward solutions that simplify the portfolio. Own requirements development timelines by building workplans that coordinate across Product Development, Delivery, and Pricing stakeholders. Support the Legacy Book strategy by developing a consolidation plan for the P&S portfolio. Build organizational working models to design cross-functional engagement structures that keep Product, Experience, and Technology teams aligned on roadmaps. Document converged product requirements by collaborating with partners to formalize needs for the next-generation insurance platform. This role involves defining the roadmap for Property & Specialty products within Liberty Mutual's US Retail Markets team, requiring 10% travel and ranging G15/G16 levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field
- Minimum 4 years, typically 6 years or more of relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools
- Proficient in new and emerging technologies
- Possess data modeling skills
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of data concepts, strategies, and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of data architectures, solutions and designs
- Extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies and objectives
- Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
- 10% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Relevant experience in insurance, product strategy, consulting, or program management
- Exposure to product transformation, platform modernization, or portfolio consolidation initiatives
