Job Summary
Lead Process Optimization Initiatives using SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence to model, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. Design optimized workflows that meet client objectives and industry best practices. Data Integration and Visualization to create interactive dashboards and real-time process performance monitoring. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, guide the effective use of Signavio tools, and ensure solutions are tailored to client needs. Oversee deployment and integration of process management solutions with technical teams and provide ongoing support. Document requirements and generate detailed reports, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices. Key technical skills include Celonis/Signavio, data modelling, ETL concepts, transformation scripting, event logs, KPI definition, SQL, Python, and certifications in Celonis or Signavio. Functional skills include analyzing ERP/operational processes, translating findings into business insights, and strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities. Qualifications emphasize BPMN/DMN methodologies and strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities. Base locations include Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune with related Process/AI/Data/Operations solution teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Hands-on experience with Celonis or Signavio or similar process mining tools
