Job Summary
Lead and support the Private Equity Operations team to deliver accounting and operational tasks on time, meet KPIs, and manage client queries. Build and maintain client and internal relationships; coordinate deliverables and timelines with clients; provide technical accounting guidance and act as a key contact for complex issues. Oversee and review financial reporting (including Board-level reporting where required), ensure statutory reporting and Guernsey regulatory compliance, manage fund activities such as valuations, distributions, and capital calls, and support internal reporting with process improvements. Role also includes team leadership, workload management, and contributing to new business discussions and fee reviews, with a focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Understanding of Guernsey regulatory environment
