Job Summary
Analyze client needs and propose retirement savings plans (3a/3b, ETFs, pension funds) while conducting online or in-person meetings. Manage CRM documentation and grow portfolios through recommendations and follow-up. This role focuses on financial and pension consulting without selling insurance products. Candidates must hold a valid Swiss G permit as a French-German border resident. Training and exam fees are covered to achieve VBV certification. Located in Biel/Bienne with hybrid work options and flexible hours.
