Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction and project schedules by analyzing plans, specifications, and manpower requirements. Identify critical path activities, milestones, and conflicts while updating timelines for operational or project changes. Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams during bidding phases to support resource planning, sequencing, and schedule recovery. Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress updates for leadership, ensuring alignment with client expectations and MEP scopes. Utilize scheduling software to manage multiple active projects and assist with workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Construction Scheduler, Project Scheduler, or similar role
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with construction sequencing and scheduling logic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Remote environment compatibility
- US EST Time Zone Overlap
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or MEP construction projects
- Experience with multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
