Consultant - Planning and Permitting

Consultant in Planning and Permitting leading permitting and EIA tasks for diverse projects in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include advising on permit applications and environmental impact assessments, liaising with clients, regulators, and other professionals, drafting reports, contributing to proposals, supporting studies (PGS, ABM evaluations of substances of very high concern, water impact assessments, BAT assessments, BB-CVM), and reporting in Dutch or English. Join Ramboll Delft within the CST Department to contribute to sustainable change in offshore wind, hydrogen networks, carbon capture, and energy transition initiatives, collaborating with cross-European teams and international clients. Strong Dutch language skills (preferably C1–C2) and proven experience with Dutch permitting are required. Qualifications also include a focus on environmental regulations, EIA procedures, independence, attention to detail, and effective communication in Dutch and English.
