Job Summary
The Consultant Pharmacy – Nurse (LPN) role involves assisting the Consultant Pharmacist in providing and evaluating pharmacy services in nursing facilities in compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include auditing medication storage, conducting educational sessions on medication policies, facilitating communication between nursing facilities and pharmacies, and performing emergency medication administration. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, an active nursing license, and two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with MatrixCare. The position emphasizes problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail, and requires passing a background check and drug testing.
Required Qualifications
