Job Summary
Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements. Create complex analytical models to drive unique solutions to healthcare problems, including developing detailed financial analysis, statistical reports, visualizations, and presentations for internal and client review. Conduct client interviews and meetings while performing detailed analyses to identify specific opportunities for improvement and implementation recommendations. Deliver high-quality, client-ready work products and contribute to practice knowledge capital and tool development. Review and validate conducted analyses and client deliverables before submission, corroborating team member process improvement and analytic activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication skills

- Creativity and critical thinking in solving complex problems

- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to balance multiple assignments at the same time
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working within Epic
- Knowledge using GenAI Assistants (CoPilot)
- Knowledge using analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Knowledge using programming languages (SQL, Python)
Desired Qualifications
- Preference in data sciences, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field
- Experience within the revenue cycle space such as registration/patient access, HIM, coding, revenue integrity or billing/follow-up/denials management
