Consultant Pediatric Plastic Surgeon – Abu Dhabi

Consultant Pediatric Plastic Surgeon responsible for delivering specialized surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents with congenital, traumatic, and acquired deformities in a multidisciplinary pediatric environment. Perform pediatric plastic surgery procedures including cleft lip and palate repair, craniofacial reconstruction, hand surgery, burn reconstruction, scar revision, and soft tissue reconstruction. Manage congenital and acquired pediatric conditions, provide inpatient/outpatient consultations, and collaborate with craniofacial surgeons, neurosurgeons, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, and other teams. Develop individualized treatment and postoperative rehabilitation plans; educate patients and families about diagnosis, options, risks, and postoperative care. Participate in clinical audits, teaching, research, and continuing medical education; ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement. Requires MBBS or equivalent, Board Certification/Fellowship in Plastic Surgery with pediatric subspecialty, DOH license/eligibility, and 5–7 years post-board experience.
