Job Summary
Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist in Dubai responsible for diagnosing and managing pediatric renal disorders, including CAKUT, nephrotic/nephritic syndromes, acute and chronic kidney disease, and hypertension. Oversee pediatric dialysis programs (peritoneal and hemodialysis), collaborate with pediatric urologists, endocrinologists and intensivists, and guide renal transplant evaluations and post-transplant care. Interpret renal imaging and biopsy results, educate families on disease management and long-term care, participate in clinical audits, research, and CME activities. Compensation includes tax-free AED 70,000–90,000 per month, annual bonus, housing/relocation support, family medical insurance, CME allowance, and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
- DHA license or eligibility required
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital setting
- Proven expertise in managing complex renal cases and dialysis in children
- Strong communication and a family-centered care approach
