Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist - Abu Dhabi

Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join the Pediatric Cardiac ICU team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include managing critically ill pediatric cardiac patients in the PCICU, providing pre- and post-operative care for congenital heart surgery, managing ECMO and advanced hemodynamic monitoring, leading multidisciplinary rounds, collaborating with cardiologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists and nursing teams, interpreting echocardiography and hemodynamic studies, and participating in teaching, research and quality initiatives. Requires MBBS/MD or equivalent, board certification in Pediatric Critical Care/Cardiology/Anesthesiology, fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac ICU, 8–10 years post-specialization, DOH Abu Dhabi licensure eligibility, strong leadership and communication skills, and English fluency (Arabic advantageous).
